Do you want to feel like yourself again, but have no idea where to start? Is making time to prioritize yourself a struggle? Are you tired of feeling like exercise is just another to-do on your list? Want to feel strong and confident in the body God gave you?

I’m so glad you’re here! This podcast will help you create simple, consistent habits that lighten the mental load of figuring out what will actually make a difference when it comes to your health—all so you can feel better, have more energy, and become the role model your kids truly need.

Hey! I’m Michelle. A toddler mom, wife and dedicated Jesus follower. For 15 years I struggled to find and stick to health routines that were truly effective and had a positive impact on my life.

Despite being a leader in the fitness industry, I often approached health with an unsustainable mindset. I was either starving myself or mindlessly overeating; going to the gym for hours at a time or going days without walking further than the fridge. The result was staying in a body that was weighing me down and preventing me from becoming all God had created me to be.

I finally realized that if I wanted to feel my best, show up fully for my family and live the life God has called me to, I would need to move beyond extremes and towards stewardship. I needed to build sustainable habits that would help me care for the body God gave me.

With years of nutrition and fitness knowledge under my belt, I was able to create a plan that helps me prioritize healthy habits in the midst of a busy schedule. This approach gives me the confidence that I am stewarding my body well, so that I have the energy to be the mother God has created me to be. This is what I want to share with you today!

If you are ready to make sustainable changes to your health habits  that fit in with busy seasons of motherhood…

To approach wellness as an act of worship-

To feel more energized, enjoy exercise again, and step into the healthiest version of yourself,  this podcast is for you!

Get ready to move your body and renew your mind—it’s time to glorify God with your health!

Think you need an hour-long workout to improve your health?

Many moms put off exercise because they believe they need more time, more energy, or a less chaotic season of life. But what if one of the most impactful things you could do for your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being only took 10 minutes?

In this episode, we’re exploring five surprising benefits of short workouts that go far beyond burning calories or changing your appearance.

We will talk about how a simple 10-minute routine can help you increase your capacity as a mom, build confidence, create momentum for healthier habits, and steward your health in a way that honors God. If you’ve been struggling to stay consistent with exercise, this episode will encourage you to stop waiting for the perfect time and start embracing small, faithful steps.

Do you feel like you’re failing at time management no matter how many planners, routines, or productivity hacks you try?

In this episode, we unpack why traditional time management advice often falls flat for moms, especially those in the thick of motherhood. The problem isn’t that you’re disorganized or unmotivated.

In reality, most productivity systems don’t account for the reality of motherhood: constant interruptions, a heavy mental load, and the tendency for your own needs to always come last.

We also explore a deeper layer that most productivity advice misses: priorities and stewardship. As Christian moms, it’s easy to slip into a pattern of serving everyone else while neglecting our own health and well-being. But your health isn’t separate from your calling—it’s part of your stewardship.
