Hey! I’m Michelle. A toddler mom, wife and dedicated Jesus follower. For 15 years I struggled to find and stick to health routines that were truly effective and had a positive impact on my life.
Despite being a leader in the fitness industry, I often approached health with an unsustainable mindset. I was either starving myself or mindlessly overeating; going to the gym for hours at a time or going days without walking further than the fridge. The result was staying in a body that was weighing me down and preventing me from becoming all God had created me to be.
I finally realized that if I wanted to feel my best, show up fully for my family and live the life God has called me to, I would need to move beyond extremes and towards stewardship. I needed to build sustainable habits that would help me care for the body God gave me.
With years of nutrition and fitness knowledge under my belt, I was able to create a plan that helps me prioritize healthy habits in the midst of a busy schedule. This approach gives me the confidence that I am stewarding my body well, so that I have the energy to be the mother God has created me to be. This is what I want to share with you today!
If you are ready to make sustainable changes to your health habits that fit in with busy seasons of motherhood…
To approach wellness as an act of worship-
To feel more energized, enjoy exercise again, and step into the healthiest version of yourself, this podcast is for you!
Get ready to move your body and renew your mind—it’s time to glorify God with your health!

You were not designed to carry your burdens alone, but so many stay at home moms are being silently crushed by the mental load of motherhood and the weight that it carries.
The message of Good Friday is that Jesus took it all. He took it ALL. He has made a way for you to not only find salvation in His name, but an eternal rest as we take his yoke upon our shoulders and walk alongside of him in all things.
Be encouraged to lay down your burdens at the cross. Let Him do what He came to do. Surrender leads to peace, and peace leads to clarity. You don't have to do it alone, mama. He is right here.
